Our Ahmedabad unit houses rotogravure printing, lamination, slitting and inspection under one controlled roof, with shop-floor discipline from inbound rolls to dispatch.

Artwork sign-off to first commercial reel on rotogravure
in fourteen weeks.

A four-stage rotogravure programme aligned with how pharmaceutical manufacturers qualify a printed aluminium foil supplier. From cylinder engraving to heat-seal lacquer validation, every gate documented under ISO 15378 aligned controls, with no shortcuts between proof and production.

Prototype

Copper cylinders are engraved to ISO 12647 colour targets and proof-printed on your nominated alloy, typically AA 8011 hard temper at 20 to 30 µ. A 100 m sample reel is produced on our rotogravure line for register, adhesion and seal-strength evaluation. Average turnaround: 8 working days.

Qualify

Three-month accelerated stability data (40°C / 75%RH) and 6-month real-time data are returned with COA, MSDS and ICH Q1A reports.
